Through its use of an employee services firm, AGTC is able to provide a full range of employee benefits which include:

- Flexible Spending Accounts
AGTC will cover the cost of Medical insurance for the employee and other benefits such as dental insurance, life insurance, flexible spending account, etc. for an amount up to $500.00 per month per employee. A further prorated contribution to full family medical insurance coverage is also provided. A medical insurance plan must be selected by the employee to qualify for any of the other benefits.
The company also offers each employee four weeks of Paid Time Off for vacation and personal time. The time is earned on a bi-weekly basis.
The company recognizes the following days as paid holidays: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after, Christmas Day, New Year's Day and any working day between the latter two.
AGTC also provides a comprehensive 401(k) retirement plan administered by the employee services firm. The Company provides a 100% match of the employee’s contribution up to a maximum of 4% of the employee’s salary.
